The facility produces profiles and sheets under the Erdoor and Decker brands. With 12 extrusion lines, 750 tons of WPC profiles and 250 tons of PVC sheets are produced monthly. These products are used as semi-finished goods in various sectors, particularly in the door industry. 50% of the production is sold in the domestic market, while the remaining 50% is exported abroad.

Under the Decker brand, composite flooring materials, formed from the combination of wood and plastic, are produced. These products are offered to global markets for outdoor applications such as parks, gardens, terraces, and poolside areas.

Using the profiles and sheets supplied from our profile facility, we produce next-generation, eco-friendly composite interior doors in a fully automated production line, without any manual intervention. 1,500 units are produced daily, and 70% of the doors are distributed to the Middle East and Africa, while 30% is sold in the domestic market.
