The Algeria WPC profile production facility manufactures profiles and sheets under the Erdoor and Decker brands. With 12 extrusion lines, 750 tons of WPC profiles and 250 tons of PVC sheets are produced monthly. These products are used as semi-finished goods in many industries, particularly in the door sector. The majority of the products are offered to the local market in Algeria, while they are also sold in neighboring countries. Under the Decker brand, composite flooring materials, made from the combination of wood and plastic, are produced and offered to global markets for outdoor applications such as parks, gardens, terraces, and poolside areas.

Using profiles and sheets supplied from our profile facility, we produce next-generation, eco-friendly composite interior doors in a fully automated production line, without manual intervention. With two Melamine presses in the facility, 4,000 door surfaces and 2,000 ready doors can be produced daily. These doors are exported to all African Union member countries outside of Algeria.

This facility was established to cater to the rapidly developing agriculture sector in the North African market. In this facility, PE irrigation pipes, round and flat drip irrigation pipes, and related accessories are produced. The raw materials used in production are sourced from our own PE recycling facility, and high-quality pipes are produced through sustainable manufacturing processes. Our products are specially processed to provide high durability and efficiency.

Packaging waste collected from the domestic market in Algeria is processed through sorting, cleaning, and processing stages to be converted into high-quality recycled granules. These granules are sold as raw material to companies producing pipes and bags.
